Oil countries using poverty to spread Islam

Originally posted at Right Truth

Abu Izzadeen, former member of Al-Muhajiroun, is just one of many Muslims to call on Muslims to use the government welfare systems to support them, their families and their plots. His "spiritual leader" is Omar Bakri Mohammed. Izzadeen practices what he preaches and 'receives an estimated $1,363 in state benefits each month to pay for himself, his Arabic wife and their three children.'

One author 'contends the oil-rich nations of the Middle East are deliberately keeping their populations in abject poverty because they want to put all their wealth into spreading Islam into the Western world.' Nonie Darwish also believes 'there are Muslim leaders in America who say they want to see the Quran replace the Constitution.'

Nonie Darwish is the author of Now They Call Me Infidel : Why I Renounced Jihad for America, Israel, and the War on Terror. The former Muslim says the Islamic world, including oil-rich countries like Saudi Arabia, does not care about improving the lives of their own people.

"I feel that sometimes [the prevalence of poverty in Muslim countries is] done by design because when you educate people, when you bring their standard of living up, they will start questioning things around them more," says Darwish, "and [political leaders in those countries] don’t want that."

Instead, says Darwish, Muslim leaders are pouring their oil wealth into the spread of Islam. (source)

In Britain a large number of her Muslim 'immigrants' are on welfare. Scott C. Yates reports Muslims 'can claim indigence and immediately get cash from the government. The four bombers of London subways last July had collected more than a half-million pounds (about $850,000) in welfare and other government payments from the British government.'

In their own words, they desire the spread of sharia law to all nations and yet they will use democratic systems and governments to attain their ultimate goal. Why do we let them is the question.

This person will likely worship in a mosque that has been, in many cases, built with government money. In that mosque, it's also likely that the imam will preach fervently for death to Jews, and attacks on Israel and the U.S. That man can then fetch a wife from his home country and make her a citizen.

This family will typically then have many children - the birth rate among recent immigrants is several times that of the Europeans. Then that child, never speaking a word of the local language, will be sent back to a Koran school in her parents' native country, and will sometimes still receive aid for the 16 years she's there. While in that country, she'll probably be subjected to genital mutilation from her spiritual leaders as part of her religious upbringing. (Even in Europe, genital mutilation is widespread in the Islamist ghettos.) When she's 17 or so, she'll be forced into an arranged marriage, and then any offspring will again be sent back to the Koran school in the home country. (source)

What does the future hold? Ambassador Ingmar Karlsson, currently the consul general of Sweden in Istanbul, in this article, gives us a sample:

1. There are already large Muslim communities in most West-European states. These communities will not only expand but they will also demand greater political influence as increasing numbers of Muslims become naturalized citizens and become enfranchised in their new home countries.

2. Muslims are not as easy to integrate and not as willing to be integrated as previous immigrant groups. An Islamic identity encompasses customs and traditions, which deviate from those, which are regarded as normal in the societies in which many Muslims are now living. Demands will be made for special rights and for a special status, in addition to the entitlements enjoyed by the native population. In many cases, these demands will not only be difficult to satisfy, but also impossible, and this will lead to tensions. (read more)

Here's what one Muslim has to say:

Izzadeen was a spokesperson for the group Al Ghurabaa and also was a senior figure in the Saviour/Saved Sect, spin-off groups formed after the dissolution of Al-Muhajiroun. In July, shortly after the notorious Small Heath speech, these groups were officially banned by John Reid. The Home Secretary had failed to outlaw another group comprising exactly the same membership, Ahlus Sunna Wal Jamaah. This had been inaugurated in November 2005, with Izzadeen in attendance. [snip]

Aware of the ramifications of the Terrorism Act 2006, Izzadeen refused to state that Muslim terrorism was "justified", but returned to his favorite themes: "As a Muslim I believe Allah created whole universe; he created the UK. It doesn't belong to you, it doesn't belong to the Queen, it doesn't belong to the Anglo-Saxons. Allah has put us on the planet earth to live wherever we want and implement the Sharia rules... Democracy means sovereignty for man; and as a Muslim, we believe sovereignty for the Sharia, therefore I would never take part in democratic principles. Rather I will work to change society in accordance with Islamic methodology." (source)

All this is should be a wake up call for Americans. Like Britain, we should not allow radical groups within the United States that preach jihad. We should not allow our welfare system to be used as support funds for terrorists. Yet our politicians spend their days trying to one-up each other for the latest sound bite on the evening news.
