Obama’s Afro-Centric Church: A Non-Negotiable Commitment to Africa

This is follow-up to a must-read article, Obama’s Marxist Liberation Theology Church

Here are the words posted on Obama’s church web page: We are a congregation which is Unashamedly Black . . . We are an African people, and remain "true to our native land," the mother continent, the cradle of civilization. . .

I don’t know about you, but I want to elect a president who has a non-negotiable commitment to the United States – not to Africa. I want to elect a president who will remain true to America – not to Africa! I’m very uncomfortable with a candidate who says that he wants to represent all Americans regardless of race but who worships in a church that would make all Anglo’s and most Latino’s very uncomfortable, if not downright frightened for their lives. Anyone who has ever studied Black Liberation Theology understands the truth of what I’ve just written.

Here’s just a little taste of Black Liberation Theology from James H. Cone, one of the leading figures of Black Liberation Theology.

The black Christ is he who threatens the structure of evil as seen in white society, rebelling against it, thereby becoming the embodiment of what the black community knows that it must become. . .

To be a disciple of the black Christ is to become black with him. Looting, burning, or the destruction of white property are not primary concerns. Such matters can only be decided by the oppressed themselves who are seeking to develop their images of the black Christ. . .

While the MSM has given Romney a grilling on his Mormon church affiliation, a church founded on American soil by the way, the MSM has given Obama a pass on his Afro-centered church membership. No one even questions his membership, but perhaps we should?

By the way, the name Akiba, derived from Swahili, has dual meanings. When used as a noun, Akiba means "something in store" and as a verb is defined as "to save or lay aside."

Unless we wake up and demand some real answers from Barack Hussein Obama about his church affiliation, I’m sure we will discover quite a bit of Obama’s surprising “Akiba”!!! We must ask ourselves if Obama is saving and laying aside most of his true intentions, and then we should seriously ponder what might be in store for us all!
