Sixty-eight years ago today, Japan launched a surprise attack on Pearl Harbor that brought the United States into World War II. In that historic conflict we defeated Japan and its German Nazi ally four years later at a cost of over 400,000 American lives.
Since before World War II however, we have faced a much more subtle foe – one that in many ways has been more deadly. The foe is an amorphous mass, variably called: “Liberal,” "Progressive," “Leftist,” “the Left,” “the Radical Left,” the “New Left,” “Communist,” “Neo-communist,” “Socialist,” “Marxist,” “Neo-Marxist,” even “Marxofascist.”
Lest “liberals” take offense at being associated with communists, Marxists and socialists, it can only be said that Lenin referred to them as “useful idiots,” i.e. those who knowingly or unknowingly assist communists in achieving communist objectives. For this reason communists share the same contempt for liberals that the rest of us do. We both know they are fools. The communists laugh at them because they know the liberals will be joining us in the gulags if the communists have their way.
So forget liberals. Call the foe the “radical left”. It has been the instigator of most of our foreign policy failures, including Vietnam and Korea; failures measured in millions of lives. Practically every public policy failure of the past century, from the healthcare crisis to our addled legal system, from crime-ridden ghettos to failing public schools, can be laid at the feet of the Left.
But many of us have been complicit, in that we either stood idly by, or supported the left’s policies because we saw some personal benefit (e.g. welfare payments, housing subsidies, Medicare, etc.) Many politicians have assisted the Left out of cynical calculation, going along to get along, or downright cowardice. Some of us voted for them. Many pitched in and helped because we thought we were doing good – like Teddy Kennedy used to say, “Fighting the good fight.”
As a result, today this foe occupies the corridors of power across much of the United States, and has penetrated our government at all levels, corporations, foundations and most tragically, our schools.

The Greatest Generation Should be Ashamed of Us Today
America No Longer Has the WILL to WIN!

As I considered President Obama’s words concerning the war in Afghanistan a few days ago, I found myself embarrassed by them. To realize Obama had no intention of ‘winning” a war in Afghanistan, and that the word victory was never used in his entire speech, it became clear to me that Obama was only concerned with “ending” the war in Afghanistan -- not winning it.
Now, let’s be clear about something. The United States could/can win a war in Afghanistan. The United States could/can win a war anywhere it chose/chooses.
Just nuke ‘em.
No, I am NOT KIDDING. Had we nuked the Tora Bora region of Afghanistan when we were sure Osama bin Laudin was hiding there, we would have been finished with the never ending search for him and we would have sent a powerful message to our enemies -- everywhere -- to attack the US is to bring unimaginable death and destruction down on the attackers and their loved ones. The price is not worth it.
The Commander-in-Chief could have ordered it done -- and -- in my opinion, SHOULD have ordered it done. We had the means and the wherewithal to do it. What we did not have was THE WILL!
Today as I think back to 1941 and the sneak attack by the Japanese on the US Naval Base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, I thank God that we had men of fortitude in charge of this country. Men of courage stepped forward and offered themselves, their futures, and their very lives to win a total victory over the Japanese and, as it turned out, the Germans, as well.
Today, as the few survivors of that great conflict watch America circle the drain, how sad they must be. They must be deeply depressed to watch the wishy-washy, limp-wristed, leadership of this nation apologize for being the world’s only superpower. To watch a President of the United States actually BOW to a Japanese leader must make them physically sick to their stomachs. To watch the American leader acting more as a naive boy, than a man, on the world stage has to be a bitter pill to swallow for the remnant of the Greatest Generation.
I have a similar reaction. Born just before the US was compelled, by events that took place 68 years ago today, to join the Second World War, my formative years were molded in that worldwide crucible of death and destruction. Yes, like so many of my generation who were mere children during that conflagration, I readily admit that it left me with scars and with definite ideas about freedom’s cost and the necessary sacrifices a nation MUST be prepared to make to preserve her freedom and liberty.
Firebombing the enemy's cities and killing over a hundred thousand men, women, and children to break the enemy's will to fight, was necessary, -- and they did it! Dropping a nuclear bomb on an enemy city to force them to surrender was necessary, and so -- they did it! Dropping a second nuclear bomb on a second enemy city, to drive home the point that we were relentless and had the will to kill as many of the Japanese and/or the Germans as was necessary to compel them to the surrender table was necessary, -- and they did it.
Horrendous? Yes! Necessary? ABSOLUTELY! Did it take courage? YES! More than you or I will ever know-- if we are lucky. But with current events as they are, with Islamofacists seeking the death of every American man, woman, and child, WE, YOU and I, MUST be prepared to take whatever necessary steps are called for to insure they fail. If that requires the use of nuclear weapons to completely wipe out a terrorist nest in the caves and mountains of the Middle East, then WE, YOU and I, MUST BE PREPARED TO USE THEM! I submit to you that the current leadership of the United States is NOT PREPARED to take the steps that may be necessary to insure the continuation of the freedom and the liberty those wonderful men and women of The Greatest Generation offered everything they were -- and everything they ever hoped to be -- to preserve for us.

Around 8 AM, 68 years ago today, the Japanese swooped in, out of a brilliant blue sky over Hawaii, and bombed the port of Pearl Harbor to smithereens. Much of the muscle of our Navy was destroyed. Two thousand and four hundred US servicemen were killed.
I was seven months old.
In the next four years, as my consciousness grew, I became aware of all the activity around me. I saw soldiers in uniform. I saw my grandmother crying when the telegram came that her baby boy had been "Killed in Action" somewhere in Europe.
And finally, I remember guns being fired into the air, people running through the streets of our little South Carolina town, hugging and kissing each other. I remember folks saying: “It’s over!” And it was. But it left an indelible mark on my family -- including me.
Those first 4 years of my life, the formative years, were experienced under intense stress. I learned the cost of war right from the beginning stages of my life. I lost one uncle, in Belgium (the Ancestral homeland) another was machine gunned through both thighs and lay in a freezing stream in France, all night, until American troops found him the next morning. The icy water of that frozen stream saved his life. He suffered ”shell-shock” (referred to as "Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome" today) the remainder of his life. A summertime thunderstorm became an instant German artillery barrage. He would race for cover. The flashbacks were ever with him.
Others of my family were in the Pacific fighting the Japanese. They, too, came home with stories of Japanese Kamikaze planes hitting their ships and, in one case, finding a woman… yes, I said a woman, pilot in one of them! She was alive. For whatever reason, the plane with the bomb attached, did not explode.
When we could get those veterans to talk, which was not often, I was spellbound by the stories of their experience. I soaked it up like a sponge.
You see, I learned, both from personal experience, and the second hand experience of my family members, who were in the hell of the Second World War, what war really is. And, I learned that you have no choice when the enemy brings the war to your doorstep, you must fight back, and you must prevail, no matter the cost.
Today, we find ourselves in another war, which was brought to our doorstep. In doing so, the enemy killed many more people with their sneak attack than the Japanese did with their sneak attack on Pearl Harbor.
I don’t suffer fools lightly. My generation shares that quality. Today we have people in our government who are advocating a policy of retreat for the United States in our war against terrorist in the Middle East. It does not seem to matter to those folks, that an enemy which has brought war to our shores, will not quit, and go home, just because we do. They will follow us back to our own country and continue to wage war against us here... in our land.
It makes no difference how many medals hang from a man’s uniform or suit jacket. For all the times he was right, represented by those medals, there are times when he is wrong.
Had the United States listened to the “doves” after Pearl Harbor, I would most likely be writing this missive in German rather than English. It was that serious then, and it is that serious now.
So, as we think, today, of the men and women who gave everything they had, including their lives, to insure that you and I would have a free country, let us think of the men and women serving today for the same reason.
On December 7th, 1941 the Japanese, and the Germans, wanted nothing less than the conquest of the world. Today the Islamofacists want the same thing.
You have to ask yourself… as an American… are you going to stand down, ground your weapon, and allow this evil from the deepest, darkest, depths of hell, to take your country? That is the question all Americans must ask themselves. For, understand, they will not stop with America. Once America is out of the way, the remainder of the world will fall to them as easily as dominoes.
The Men and Women (Caps Intentional) of 1941 had to ask themselves the same question. We had better thank Almighty God they answered in the affirmative.
Today, we honor them for it. But they will tell you, those who survive to this day, that there was no real question about what the people of America would do. It was simply understood that freedom was far to precious to allow the forces of evil to take it from us. And so they marched forth to stop it and preserve this country for you and me. And they did!
We can never thank them enough. Not only did they save America, they saved the world!
Are we, as Americans, prepared to give up our freedom today after that generation gave so much of their blood to preserve it for us?
I pray to God that America will finally awaken to the danger that threatens us and take the painful steps, whatever they might be, to preserve this country, and again, the world.

The War on Christmas and Christianity Continues in 2009!

OK, let me make it as clear as I am able right up front! I am not interested in “multiculturalism” and I am even less interested in “inclusivity.” I am an Isolationist at heart, but a realist… out of practicality.
Having cleared the air, I can get on with these few comments.
It is time for America to celebrate Christmas. For those of the Christian community it is a grand time of celebrating the birth of the Savior, Jesus Christ, from whose name the word Christmas, or “Christ Mass,” is derived. I am of this community.
I care nothing for the celebration of anything else. I care that you have the right to celebrate Hanukkah, or that newly invented secular holiday for Afro-centric African Americans, Kwanzaa. You are guaranteed that right by the Constitution, which was, itself, guaranteed by Christians.
I know, I know! I can see the “comments box” filling up even as I write this. That’s OK. Just keep it clean.
In the year 2009 one would have to be a disconnected, isolated, idiot to believe that Christmas is not under attack in the western world, especially in the United States.
If you are a regular reader of my scribbling then you already know that I believe that Christians founded America as a Christian country. As a Christian country we are tolerant of other religions. That does not mean that individual American citizens must approve of any particular religion or practice thereof. In a Christian country a citizen is not compelled to be a Christian or a subscriber to any religion, for that matter. That right was guaranteed all Americans in that aforementioned Constitution. And that, Dear Reader, in my humble opinion, is where we mis-stepped. That “right” we celebrate, and hold so dear, has come back to bite us on our collective “Christian butts.”
Any antagonist, worth his salt, uses his opponent’s weakness against him. The opponents of Christianity, no slackers they, have learned to use our weakness of tolerance for other religions, or no religion, against the Christians of America, indeed, in much of the world.
Christian symbols are being relegated to the closets, and basements, of public buildings not to be displayed on the walls of, or grounds of, such public buildings such as, for instance, courthouses.
Put up a Crèche scene, in honor of Christmas, in the town square, and you’d better have a Menorah, a Christmas tree, A Santa Claus, a Kwanzaa something or other, and on and on. The idea is simply to dilute Christmas in a mass of other religious, and secular, celebrations and lessen its influence on the average American. The more timid among us are even afraid to utter that time honored “Merry Christmas.”
No more Christmas break for our public schools. It’s now the “Winter Break” a phrase reminiscent of the pagans of Western Europe. Gone is the Christmas tree in many of those same schools.
Now, I could go on, and on, citing example after example of the battles being waged all across America against Christmas and, collectively, Christians.
Currently, we are in a worldwide war with Islam. Oh, you may argue, we are at war with only the fundamentalist Islamic! I beg to differ. Again, in my opinion -- this is a war between Islam and Christianity. The Muslims know this. Only those of us of the Western Christian countries have deluded ourselves into believing we are in a war with some splinter group of Islam. Hopefully, we will awaken to this fact before it is to late to recover from our mistake and take the battle, for our very existence, to the enemies of Christianity.
Meanwhile, in America, we have our hands full dealing with our own internal enemies. “The War on Christmas” is just a symptom of the greater war on Christianity. Until we recognize that fact, and begin to fight back, we will continue to lose our Christian symbols, our Christian holidays, and eventually our practice of the Christian faith.
I was thinking, as I wrote these words, that there must have been some squinty-eyed old scribe hidden away in a semi-darkened “scriptorium”, somewhere beneath the streets of ancient Rome, scratching out similar words as these while Christians were being gored, and mauled, and torn limb from limb, in the amphitheatres such as The Coliseum above his lowly hovel.
Somehow, every attack against Christians has served to strengthen The Christian Church and insure her survival. One doesn’t have to be a believer to acknowledge the work of a Supreme Being in the dissemination of what we Christians call “The Good News” or “The Gospel.” And yet, down through the ages, many Christians, liked this scribe, feel driven to denounce, in our writings, the evil forces at work against the Christian church.
As one who has studied the scriptures, I know the church will be whittled down until there will be only a remnant of the followers of Christ left upon his return. We witness the “whittling down” process everyday in reports of attacks upon the Christian faith in the news media of the world. And yet – I feel a force, deep within me, urging me to proclaim to all who read these words that no matter the size of the remaining remnant, the Christian Church WILL survive. No matter the odds, the ultimate force for good in this world will continue to feed the hungry, heal the sick, lift up the fallen, and spread the good news of the birth of a savior in a little Middle Eastern town called Bethlehem, some 2,000 years ago. Since that remarkable night, men and women have been unceasingly spreading the news of His arrival and the message He brought of “Peace, Good Will Toward Men.”
Men and women of the Christian faith, in the modern world, may again be relegated to “the catacombs” to practice their Christian faith. But just as their ancient counterparts, they WILL keep the faith. In the face of all odds they will not falter and they will not fail.
And so, from my own little scriptorium, as I write in the wee hours of the morning, please allow me to be among the first to wish you, and your family, a MERRY CHRISTMAS!

A few years ago as I sat by my father’s deathbed in the hospital, the phone on his bedside table rang. I quickly answered it, supposing it to be family inquiring as to his condition. It wasn’t. It was a TELEMARKETER!
I must admit to using all the “Sunday School Language” I knew -- and even made some up -- to spew all over that SOB on the other end of the line -- but, of course, it did no good, whatsoever.
When the FTC began their “Do Not Call” lists, (The National Do Not Call Registry) I was as close to the front of the line as time and distance would allow. And I have renewed my listing, as required, at the proper time ever since.
For a few months, the telemarketer calls to my phones dropped off. They NEVER completely stopped -- and now they are aggravating the hell out of me again, every evening. I can almost set my clocks by the damnable calls.
It’s time to make the law tougher. There are too many loopholes. They must be closed. In fact, I would support a federal law making telemarketing illegal within the United States!
Frankly, I don’t care if it IS a charity calling. They are invading my privacy, unbidden, and that is wrong and I’m ticked off before I ever lift the receiver.
Is there anything more annoying than a sales pitch at dinnertime, or at bedtime, or heck, anytime, for that matter, in your own home!
As I said above, I’d like to see telemarketing completely outlawed by the US government. If the feds don’t want to touch it, then the individual states should. In fact, they MUST.
Is there the possibility of having a phone filter similar to a Spam filter on the computer? The owner inputs numbers into an “approved list” and only incoming calls from those “approved” numbers will ever ring the owners phone, period.
Does such a device exist? If not -- why not? It would sell like hotcakes!
In the meantime I’m still going to continue to be surly to telemarketers.
We need to put pressure on our respective state’s Attorneys General to clamp down on telemarketing laws in our own states. A number of states deferred to the federal government for a law to control the telemarketers.
If the Obama Administration REALLY wanted to do something that was actually helpful to the American people, and would truly be appreciated by the American people, then they would push for a bill in Congress to outlaw Telemarketing within the US. But don't hold your breath!
I am tired of being hounded, in my own home, by anyone seeking to sell me goods and services I have no inclination to buy. Had I, I would have gone to a local merchant and made the transaction.
If there are any two things I hate, telemarketing is both of them!

I have written thousands of commentaries during my career as a broadcast journalist, reporter, and broadcast commentator. This one, however, was painful to write. It was akin to writing the epitaph for a dearly beloved friend now deceased. Read on and you will understand.
Last April, while addressing a small group, in Paris, France, Howard Dean is reported to have said the contest between Socialism and Capitalism in America is over. He declared that Americans have decided to have BOTH! There is video of his speech in which he made this declaration available for you all over the Internet. In fact, here is a link to one such location: SOURCE.
Dean is reported to have said: " Capitalism is always going to be with us because capitalism represents part of human nature. But the other part of human nature is communitarianism. The debate for the new generation is instead of capitalism or socialism, is we're going to have both and then which proportion of each should we have in order to make this all work."
The problem, Dr. Dean, is... it WON'T WORK!
The democrat/socialists in charge of America these days simply will not accept, or, they already know and will not admit it, or -- they are just too dumb to grasp the intricacies of socialism and therefore they cannot conceive of it's inability to co-exist with capitalism.
Look. Socialism is a "bully.” It cannot co-exist with Capitalism because it thirsts for power with an insatiable thirst. It will devour capitalism until capitalism no longer exists, they a nation ends up, not as a socialists nation, as the socialists/democrats would have you believe, but as a communist nation. Socialism is only a stepping-stone, a forerunner, as we have said before, to communism.
As of today, America is a socialist nation well on its way to becoming a godless communist nation. The people who pull the strings from behind the curtain already know this. A few more thoughtful Americans know this. But, ignorance is having a field day in America these days. If you doubt it, I offer as evidence -- the election of Obama.
Ignorance insured the election of Barack Obama to the Presidency of the United States. Smart, intelligent, people, people who saw through Obama's facade, did not vote for him. Unfortunately, with our public education system run by the government, the current electorate in America is, quite likely, the dumbest in the history of this nation.
Look, America was not founded for dumb people. No democracy can long endure when its people are dumb. Why? The answer is simple -- because those dumb people will invariably vote for the candidate offering them "something for nothing." Intelligent people know there is no such thing as "something for nothing." But, when America's public education system is dumbing down the populace it allows one political philosophy to gain power -- and -- it ensures the hold on power by the political party, which adheres to that philosophy. Of course, that means democracy in America is doomed.
What I have just described to you is exactly what has happened in America. And it is going to happen again in 2012 unless the intelligent among us can find a way to prevent the human tidal wave of ignorant voters sure to converge on the ballot boxes in 2012 to "save THEIR President."
In the quote above Dr. Dean says: " But the other part of human nature is communitarianism." Ok. So what is communitarianism? The short answer -- communism. And that is where America is headed -- as straight as a Martin to a gourd.
I honestly don't know what it will take to get Americans to understand: Socialism is only a phase a nation goes through, a necessary phase, on its way into communism. America is in the socialism phase, at this moment, on its inevitable way to communism. The stage is set, all the actors are in place, in fact, the curtain is raised, and the play has already begun.
The problem with socialism is: It kills it's host!. It has failed everywhere on earth it has been tried and it destroyed the nations foolish enough to try it. It WILL destroy America, too.
It is a terrible thing to watch a great nation commit suicide. It is especially awful when the people of that nation have all the knowledge of the ages at their fingertips and all of it warns of the dangers of covetousness, sloth, greed, and ignorance. All four combine to become socialism -- a cancer that will devour the core of any society weak enough, ignorant enough, and greedy enough, to covet that which his neighbor has, so much, that he is willing to destroy his neighbor, and himself, in his quest -- not to raise himself up -- but to bring his neighbor down! THAT is what socialism does. It is a philosophy straight out of hell itself.
If Dr. Dean is correct, then America is well on the way to the dustbin of history. And those who led her into socialism will answer at the final judgment for the murder of a nation.

Another Muslim Terrorist? Black Muslims Call Cop Killer "Martyr"
Maurice Clemmons, the alleged shooter in the Sunday murder of four Lakewood, Washington police officers, was killed early this morning by a Seattle police officer.
The blogsite Fire Andrea Mitchell reported that a radical black Muslim group called National Black Foot Soldiers held a protest today outside the Parkland, Washington coffee shop where the murders occurred. The protesters allegedly gathered to celebrate Clemmons as a "Crowned BOW (Black on White) Martyr," calling his attack a "preemptive strike on terrorists..."
The substance of this story was originally announced by a blog called the Last Crusade, which has also claimed that Clemmons converted to Islam while imprisoned in Arkansas. Gateway Pundit picked up the story as well, noting however, that Last Crusade's claim of Clemmons' conversion is unsubstantiated.
A black militant site called "Black Male Felon" seemingly described the protest:
The rally came after a reported emergency meeting held by the [Black Foot Soldiers] movement to to map out plans for a street penitentiary protest and street party that will be held to disrespect tributes, memorials and funerals whites are expected to have for the terrorists.
Whatever the Black Foot Soldiers may be planning, there actually was no "rally."
Abusing the U.S. Constitution for fun and profit

Many Americans are outraged at the element in the House health care bill that requires people to buy health insurance, even if they don’t need it, and even if they don’t want it. The authors of this legislation included this mandate so that there would be enough money from young and healthy people in the system to keep the thing from sinking faster than the Titanic.
It says a lot about this ghastly plan that its creators have to force Americans to participate in it for it to succeed.
Congress justifies this outrage with the “Commerce Clause” of the United States Constitution. Article I, Section 8, Paragraph 3 says: “(The Congress shall have power) [t]o regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the several states, and with the Indian tribes; …”
Through liberal interpretation of the words “to regulate commerce … among the several states,” Congress has unleashed all manner of horrors on the American people, things that the Founders never intended, and in fact, things reminiscent of the sort of over-reaching government from which the Founders had won their independence several years before.
Given that the colonists finally grew tired enough of the excessive regulation and oppression of King George that they took up arms against him to win their freedom, does anyone seriously believe that the Framers of our Constitution ever intended for these few words to justify so much government control? Our elected public servants, however, continue merrily trampling on the protections the Constitution provides you and me against them.
Looking back into history, George Mason University professor Walter Williams wrote that a “key failing of the Articles of Confederation was the propensity of states to erect protectionist trade barriers. When the Framers met in Philadelphia in 1787 and wrote the constitution that governs us today, they addressed that failure through the commerce and the privileges and immunities clauses that created a national free-trade zone. Thus, the original purpose of the Commerce Clause was primarily a means to eliminate trade barriers among the states. They didn't intend for the Commerce Clause to govern so much of our lives.”
Here is one example: Using the Commerce Clause as the basis, in 1990 Congress passed the Gun-Free School Zones Act. How so? Because, legislators said, the possession of a firearm in a local school zone substantially affected interstate commerce. Huh? Well, because violent crime raises insurance costs, and those costs are spread throughout the population across state lines, voila!: interstate commerce! And if that explanation isn’t satisfying, Congress determined that crime threatens the learning environment, thereby reducing national productivity, also affecting interstate commerce.
Fortunately for the country, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Congress had no constitutional authority to pass this act. The Court’s reasoning held that, "If we were to accept the government's arguments, we are hard pressed to posit any activity by an individual that Congress is without power to regulate."
Indeed. If we accept the goofy idea that crime affects the learning environment and is thus a negative effect on interstate commerce, then what children eat and wear, how much they sleep, and even what they do when not in school are also fair game.
The American people have allowed this twisting of the Founders’ intentions for a variety of reasons, including ignorance, disinterest, and self-interest, as when a particular misapplication of the Commerce Clause suits their purposes. They might say, “Well, the Commerce Clause really has nothing to do with outlawing guns near schools, but we don’t want guns near schools, do we? So, let it stand.”
The U.S. Constitution was carefully crafted to achieve a specific purpose: to establish a government that would provide a suitable framework for the nation and at the same time provide maximum freedom for the citizenry, not as an instrument of social engineering, or of political expedience.
But politicians cannot be trusted to leave political ideology out of lawmaking, so it is a good thing that the judiciary can rule on whether laws comport with constitutional protections. The judiciary, however – including the U.S. Supreme Court – has also been corrupted by ideology.
Edwin Meese, U.S. Attorney General in the Reagan administration, notes that “Taking the politics out of the judiciary is a key tenet behind the concept of constitutional originalism. That's the idea that judges should issue rulings based on the original understanding of the authors and ratifiers of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights …”
The idea of the Constitution as a “living” document – as opposed to honoring the authors’ original intent – means that its meaning changes with the times, enabling outcomes that reflect legislators’ and judges' personal biases or policy preferences.
Polluting the law and the courts with broad and changing interpretations of the Constitution means that anything the federal government wants to do can be labeled "interstate commerce," and the constitutional limits on federal power vanish into thin air.
A “living” Constitution has no foundation upon which to build a stable nation. It means only what today's reader wants it to mean and will likely mean something different twenty years from now. That is not a constitution, it is quicksand.

Months ago, as I began to write about the dangers of socialism to America, (and how the Democratic Party has become a sort of Socialist/Democratic party) I was stunned when they, the democrats, did not refute it. I had expected democrats to deny any connection to socialism. But they didn’t.
It was then that it struck me… they don’t deny it because they can’t. They have become socialist! They have embraced socialism. Why, then, I asked myself, don’t they change the name of their parry to accurately reflect whom, exactly, they are. We suggest: “The Socialist Democrat Party of America.” There is no reason to attempt to conceal the true alignment of the so-called Democratic Party in America with the Socialist Movement any longer. They have totally embraced socialism -- with gusto!
As a soldier in the US military I was taught to fight socialism. We trained to meet the socialists on the field of battle. There was no question that Americanism and socialism could not exist on the same globe without conflict, and, we rightly assumed, armed conflict. Is that where America is headed today -- armed conflict between American citizens over whether America will remain a socialist country or revert back to its proper role as a democratic representative republic under the authority of the US Constitution?
Make no mistake about it: a coup de’tat has taken place in America. The socialists have taken over the government of the country. While the people remain democratic, the government is socialist -- from the White House to the Congress.
Here is a quote from WHERE WE STAND -- The Political Perspective of the Democratic Socialists of America:
“In the United States, we must fight for a humane public policies that will provide quality health care, education, and job training and that redirect public investment from the military to much-neglected urban housing and infrastructure. Such policies require the support of a majoritarian coalition of trade unionists, people of color, feminists, gays and lesbians and all other peoples committed to democratic change. Our greatest contribution as American socialists to global social justice is to build that coalition, which is key to transforming the power relations of global capitalism.”

Never doubt this, dear reader, socialism leads, inevitably, to communism. Socialism is the precursor for communism. Socialism is the “forerunner,” so to speak, for the advent of communism into a nation’s government. That “forerunner” is now in place in both the White House and in the Congress of the United States of America.
The Communist Manifesto is also a socialist manifesto. You need only read Frederick Engels' preface to the 1888 edition of the Communist Manifesto, which declares that the Communist Manifesto "is undoubtedly the most widespread, the most international production of all Socialist literature, the common platform acknowledged by millions of working men from Siberia to California." What of socialism and Christianity? The answer is they cannot co-exist.
Socialism means economic control of the people by government. In a socialist country, the state is all-powerful. Such an all-powerful state views itself — and not God — as the ultimate authority. It is not surprising, therefore, that the Communist Manifesto calls for abolishing family, marriage, countries, and religion as well as private property. Under the socialist system the state determines what is right and wrong — without any competing loyalties to God, family, or country. SOURCE
So, how does socialism gain total control over the citizens of America? Universal Healthcare – Socialized Medicine – ObamaCare, no matter what you call it, it means one thing: Total control of the lives of American citizens! And it is on the verge of becoming the law of the land.
The Congress has roughly three weeks of actual time “in session” before the end of the year. The US Senate is going to bust it’s seams during those few days to ram Socialized Medicine through the Senate and down the throats of their fellow Americans.
We have to stop them. If we have any desire, at all, to preserve America, to preserve the freedoms granted us by the constitution, Socialized Medicine must be stopped and stopped cold. Otherwise America, as a free nation, is lost.

Months ago, as I began to write about the dangers of socialism to America, (and how the Democratic Party has become a sort of Socialist/Democratic party) I was stunned when they, the democrats, did not refute it. I had expected democrats to deny any connection to socialism. But they didn’t.
It was then that it struck me… they don’t deny it because they can’t. They have become socialist! They have embraced socialism. Why, then, I asked myself, don’t they change the name of their parry to accurately reflect whom, exactly, they are. We suggest: “The Socialist Democrat Party of America.” There is no reason to attempt to conceal the true alignment of the so-called Democratic Party in America with the Socialist Movement any longer. They have totally embraced socialism -- with gusto!
As a soldier in the US military I was taught to fight socialism. We trained to meet the socialists on the field of battle. There was no question that Americanism and socialism could not exist on the same globe without conflict, and, we rightly assumed, armed conflict. Is that where America is headed today -- armed conflict between American citizens over whether America will remain a socialist country or revert back to its proper role as a democratic representative republic under the authority of the US Constitution?
Make no mistake about it: a coup de’tat has taken place in America. The socialists have taken over the government of the country. While the people remain democratic, the government is socialist -- from the White House to the Congress.

“In the United States, we must fight for a humane public policies that will provide quality health care, education, and job training and that redirect public investment from the military to much-neglected urban housing and infrastructure. Such policies require the support of a majoritarian coalition of trade unionists, people of color, feminists, gays and lesbians and all other peoples committed to democratic change. Our greatest contribution as American socialists to global social justice is to build that coalition, which is key to transforming the power relations of global capitalism.”

Never doubt this, dear reader, socialism leads, inevitably, to communism. Socialism is the precursor for communism. Socialism is the “forerunner,” so to speak, for the advent of communism into a nation’s government. That “forerunner” is now in place in both the White House and in the Congress of the United States of America.
The Communist Manifesto is also a socialist manifesto. You need only read Frederick Engels' preface to the 1888 edition of the Communist Manifesto, which declares that the Communist Manifesto "is undoubtedly the most widespread, the most international production of all Socialist literature, the common platform acknowledged by millions of working men from Siberia to California." What of socialism and Christianity? The answer is they cannot co-exist.
Socialism means economic control of the people by government. In a socialist country, the state is all-powerful. Such an all-powerful state views itself — and not God — as the ultimate authority. It is not surprising, therefore, that the Communist Manifesto calls for abolishing family, marriage, countries, and religion as well as private property. Under the socialist system the state determines what is right and wrong — without any competing loyalties to God, family, or country. SOURCE
So, how does socialism gain total control over the citizens of America? Universal Healthcare – Socialized Medicine – ObamaCare, no matter what you call it, it means one thing: Total control of the lives of American citizens! And it is on the verge of becoming the law of the land.
The Congress has roughly three weeks of actual time “in session” before the end of the year. The US Senate is going to bust it’s seams during those few days to ram Socialized Medicine through the Senate and down the throats of their fellow Americans.
We have to stop them. If we have any desire, at all, to preserve America, to preserve the freedoms granted us by the constitution, Socialized Medicine must be stopped and stopped cold. Otherwise America, as a free nation, is lost.
